David Mabbott Receives Passive House Certification

David Mabbott is now a Certified Passive House Consultant after completing an intensive training through the Passive House Institute.

Passive House buildings are ultra-low energy buildings that require little energy for space heating or cooling.  MSa is currently implementing passive house principles in a multifamily house in Brooklyn, NY and a guest house in Redding, CT.
