UPPER EAST SIDE APARTMENT
When a couple retired and moved uptown to Park Avenue, they chose to bring the style they had enjoyed in their downtown apartment. The renovation of their one-bedroom dwelling reflects their personalities and lifestyle.
As we introduced modern design elements in the renovation, pre-war details were retained. These included modernizing the kitchen and bathroom with glass and slate as well as rift-cut white oak for an attractive grain pattern.
