PERFORMANCE
David Mabbott and Matt Seidel have extensive training and experience with designing and building high performance projects, including Passive House training. Each project in the office, regardless of whether or not it receives accreditation from an outside organization, incorporates strategies for robust insulation, a tight building envelope, fresh air ventilation and reduced energy usage. We have experience building with dense pack cellulose and mineral fiber insulations, membrane and liquid air barriers, and energy recovery ventilators.
