Most projects require the design of a full mechanical system or changes to an existing one. Depending on the scale of the design, MS-A/MS-B will either partner with an outside engineer or design the required system in-house. We have experience retrofitting for air conditioning within NYC brownstones/townhouses and apartments, working with gas and electrical utilities to upgrade the capacity of a building or apartment, and replacing outdated and non-performing plumbing. In addition, we have coordinated the installation of hot water and electric radiant floor systems and solar hot water panel arrays.
