RIVERDALE HOME
This single family home in the Riverdale neighborhood of the Bronx needed to be fully reorganized to meet the contemporary needs of a family with small children. A second story addition was created for a child’s bedroom and master bedroom terrace with views overlooking the Hudson River. The exterior of the home was re-skinned with painted clapboard and trim detailing. And enlarged windows were inserted to take advantage of the river views. In addition to renovating the home, the surrounding hardscaping and landscaping were refurbished with new paths, plantings and repairs to the existing ironwork.
