UPPER WEST SIDE APARTMENT
Our design opened up the lower public floor of this duplex into a large living, dining and kitchen space. Original detailing was restored, and contemporary detailing was employed to define new architectural insertions. New finishes, millwork, and mechanical systems were installed throughout the apartment.
