WILLIAMSBURG APARTMENT
A single bedroom apartment was created on the ground floor of a townhouse in Williamsburg, Brooklyn. Although much of the apartment was in poor condition, the existing plaster details, flooring, and fireplace in the living room were preserved. A new kitchen, bathrooom and bedroom were created as was access to the rear yard and a private terrace of ipe and steel.
